At first glance, the V102 looks like its predecessor, the V101. Same 21.5-inch touchscreen. Same thermal printer slot. Same sleek, matte black finish. But after spending two weeks testing the V102 in a high-traffic retail environment, I’m convinced that this "point release" hardware update solves three of the biggest pain points in modern self-service.
