You will see a "Choose File" or "Browse" button. Click it and navigate to the firmware file you downloaded in Step 1. Select the file and click the Upgrade or Start button.

If you changed the password and forgot it, you will need to reset the router by holding the button (on the back) for 10 seconds using a paperclip.

After the update, your router is essentially "new". You must reconfigure it.

The router’s software is managed through a browser-based control panel.
