Balli initially refuses to help but eventually agrees, only to use the hospital transfer as an opportunity to stage a violent escape. The film then turns into a high-stakes pursuit as Veer must recapture Balli alive to save his son, while his trigger-happy partner, (Aditya Pancholi), is determined to shoot the convict on sight.
