The story follows Sidhu (Akshay Kumar), a simple cook from the Chandni Chowk market in Delhi who is tired of being called a loser. His life changes when a mysterious Chinese man mistakes him for the reincarnation of a slain warrior, Liu Shen . Sidhu is whisked away to China, where he must learn kung fu from a drunkard master (Mithun Chakraborty) and defeat the evil tyrant Hojo (also played by Akshay Kumar).
