I couldn’t find a direct, legitimate source for a PDF of Bhatti Vikramarka Kathalu (the stories of King Bhatti Vikramarka, often associated with the Vikramarka Charitra or Betal Pachchisi style tales). These stories are part of Telugu folklore.
